For Advertisers
All advertisers who use Finvestment Pro, our news media platform, for branded content and advertising services are subject to this cancellation and refund policy. To understand our refund and cancellation policies, please read this policy carefully.
1. Policy for Cancellations:
- 1.1. If an advertiser wishes to revoke the placement of branded content or an advertisement, written notice of cancellation must be provided. Cancellations are only accepted if the content has not yet been published on our platform. Once content has been published, it cannot be withdrawn.
- 1.2. Finvestment Pro retains the right, in our sole discretion and without giving a reason, to terminate any branded content placement or advertisement. In these situations, we will give the advertiser quick notice and a complete refund for the commercial or content placement.
2. Policy for Refunds:
- 2.1. Only in the event that the cancellation request is received prior to the publication of the branded content are refunds granted. In these situations, Finvestment Pro will provide a complete refund 14 days after the cancellation request is received. The same payment method that was used for the initial transaction will be utilized to process refunds.
3. Adjustments:
- 3.1. Within 30 days of publication, requests for changes to an advertisement or branded material can be made. Following this timeframe, no more changes will be permitted.
- 3.2. If required, such as for editorial reasons or to adhere to legal requirements, Finvestment Pro reserves the right to amend an article or advertisement on our platform. Nonetheless, we shall endeavor to notify the advertiser of any noteworthy modifications.
For Online Courses
1. Refund Policy for Online Courses
In the case of Live courses Refund to the user will be processed if the user requests before the start of the live class. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name, payments refund will be made to the same account.
In the case of Live courses Refund to the user can be processed if the user requests one of the Day-1 of the live class. Finvestment Pro reserves the right to accept or reject requests for a refund. After Day-1 of the Live classes, no refund shall be processed.
For Recorded Sessions, No Refund will be processed. Please cross-check the description of the Video before buying/Enrolling for Recorded Sessions.
For Membership Plans, No Refunds will be processed. Please cross-check before Availing of the Membership.
2. Cancellation
2.1 Cancellation by Finvestment Pro: There may be certain orders that Finvestment Pro is unable to accept and must cancel. Finvestment Pro reserves the right, at Finvestment Pro sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by You, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by Finvestment Pro credit and fraud avoidance department. Finvestment Pro may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Finvestment Pro will contact You if all or any portion of Your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept Your order. If Your order is cancelled after Your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in Your credit card account. A promo code/Discount coupon code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by Customer or Finvestment Pro.
2.2 Cancellation by the User: In case of requests for cancellations, Finvestment Pro reserves the right to accept or reject requests for cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if Finvestment Pro receives a cancellation notice, Finvestment Pro shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to You within a reasonable period of time. Finvestment Pro will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Finvestment Pro has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Finvestment Pro and accept Finvestment Pro’s decision regarding the cancellation. Regarding Membership Plans, there will not be any option to cancel the Membership once Availed.
In Case a Refund is Allowed from our side then it will take 7 Days time to process the refund from our side.
We have the right to modify our cancellation and refund policies at any time and without previous notice. Every advertiser is urged to routinely check our policy for any revisions.
