Bharti Hexacom is a subsidiary company of Bharti Airtel. The IPO auction, which started on April 3, 2024, and ended on April 5, 2024, was priced between Rs 542-570 per share. The allotment for Bharti Hexacom’s IPO was finalized on April 8, 2024. The listing is on both the NSE and BSE. The listing was on April 12, 2024. Telecommunication Consultants India (TCIL), the sole public shareholder in the company, transferred a 15% stake (7.5 crore equity shares) through the Offer for Sale (OFS).
