Central Govt Establishes ROC Officers Across India Under LLP Act, 2008

The Central Government, under the powers granted by sub-sections (1) and (2) of the Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008 (6 of 2009), has established 10 ROC offices across different locations in India. The ROC is responsible for approving new company registration, maintaining company records, issuing Certificate of Incorporation, monitoring compliance, etc.

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has released a notification (S.O. 4849(E), dated 23rd October 2025) announcing the establishment of the following ROC officers under the Limited Liability Act for the purpose of registration of LLP and performing the duties:
