ITR filing 2025: Excel utility for ITR-5 and ITR-6 Forms now available
Income Tax department, has released, Excel utility for filing Income Tax Return Form 6 (ITR-6) of filing ITRs for Companies other than companies claiming exemption under section 11.
Last ITR-5 required for filing ITR of persons other than individual, HUF, company and person filing Form ITR-7 was released. This forms is used by partnership firms, Association of persons (AOP) and Body of Individuals (BOI).
Now only ITR-7 required for filing ITR of Trusts is pending.
The due date for filing ITR for Non-Audit entities for Financial Year 2024-25 is 15th September 2025.
