Flipkart Group Launched UPI App ‘Super.Money’ for Financial Services

A new UPI app called “super.money” has been recently launched by Flipkart group, in the process of expanding its financial services. Flipkart is mainly known for its e-commerce platform and now is stepping into the digital payments world and making financial solutions.

The app will currently be available for 1,00,000 users only as a part of the beta version. While offering credit through Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, the app is live in partnership with Axis Bank. Other financial partners of super.money are DMI Finance and Credit Saison as per the website of the company.

The users will be able to transfer their money easily and make payments and purchases with the ‘super.money’ UPI app. The goal of launching this app is to make financial transactions easy for everyone. Multiple Indian languages are provided in this app with a user-friendly interface, to make sure that it can be used by a broad audience. It will also give high-security protection with strong measures in place to protect the financial data of its users.

For making UPI Payment, this app also offers scratch cards, coupons and coins.

Many other services like instant loans, insurance, and investment options will also be provided by this app. Users will be able to manage their various financial needs with this app, which is not available in other UPI apps in the market.

As we know digital payments have taken a rapid growth, mainly during the COVID-19 pandemic. People prefers to use contactless payments more than other options, this will attract a large number of users to Flipkart.

Flipkart is changing with the modern technology, diversifying its business beyond e-commerce. Having a large customer base is a plus point for Flipkart which will help it to make it into the financial services sector.

The introduction of this super.money app by Flipkart Group is a major step taken in the fintech world. It has the potential to change the working of digital payments and financial services in India with the availability of more users, continuing Flipkart’s role as a leading and innovative company.
