The Managing Director of Force Motors Ltd, Mr. Prasan Firodia, appreciated the GST reforms for the auto industry. He said that the mass mobility solutions will be more accessible, making public transport safer and more reliable. Also, the ambulances will also benefit from the reduction, easing the financial burden on healthcare providers. He also appreciated the decision to remove compensation cess, saying that it would boost the demand during the festive season and strengthen the government’s Make in India vision.
Force Motors was established in 1958, and it runs five manufacturing facilities in India and has a workforce of over 10,000 people. The company has a good partnership with global automakers.
