360 One Asset introduced a new Fund Offer (NFO), 360 ONE Gold ETF, which is an open-ended exchange-traded fund (ETF) to track/replicate the prices of gold in India.

The scheme was available for subscription from February 20, 2025. Earlier, it had a closure date of February 28, 2025, which has been extended to March 4, 2025. The scheme will reopen for continuous sale and repurchase on March 13, 2025.

360 ONE Asset Management Limited, which was previously known as IIFL Asset Management Limited, is one of the top asset management companies in India. It offers many investment options, including fixed-income securities and real estate investments. It also provides wealth advisory services for individuals with high net worth.

The 360 ONE gold ETF will invest a major part of its assets in gold, with at least 95% of its investment in gold, ensuring that it tracks the domestic price movement of gold. The remaining 5% may be invested in debt or money market securities to increase liquidity.

Who should invest in Gold ETFs?

The above scheme is suitable for investors who are looking for long-term capital appreciation and want to generate returns similar to gold performance by tracking the price of gold. However, investors are advised to consult a financial advisor before investing in the above scheme.
