Quant Mutual Fund hired CEO to strengthen leadership team and appoints other Senior Executives
Quant Mutual Fund has appointed a new chief executive officer (CEO) to head the asset management firm and strengthen the leadership team, the company announced on Tuesday.
However, the name of the CEO hasn’t revealed by the mutual fund house. The new CEO will be in charge of his duties from April 2025, according to the company.
The strengthening of the leadership team, which followed the market regulator Sebi’s search-and-seizure operations in June, indicates a shift in management strategy toward institutionalisation.
At present, both the position of CEO and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) hold by the founder Sandeep Tandon.
In its most recent factsheet, Quant MF identified six additional senior-level hires in recent months. These include appointments for CFO, CCO, head of investor services, and head of operations. In addition, the company has recruited a consultant to evaluate AMC’s processes.
