1050 Homes worth over Rs.3,000 crore sold by Godrej within 3 days of New Project launch in Gurugram
Godrej Properties declared on Monday that it has sold more than 1050 Homes exceeding Rs.3000 crores in 3 days of the launch of its new project Godrej Zenith in Gurugram, Haryana. GPL hit a sales record of more than Rs.2000 crore for the second time in a row in Gurugram and the fourth time in pan India during the launch in FY24.
Godrej Group’s real estate business is planned to launch new projects in Sector 103, Sector 43 and Sector 54 soon with a hope to increase its footprint in Gurugram.
The CEO and MD of Godrej Properties said, “We are extremely happy with the response we get to our new project Godrej Zenith. For Godrej Properties, Gurugram is the most important market and we are looking forward to increasing our hold in Gurugram in the upcoming years.”
The company is expecting to cross its business development goal of Rs.15,000 crore for the current FY which is inspired by ongoing consolidation in the real estate market across the country and a robust deal pipeline.
The highest-ever quarterly sales of Godrej Properties were marked in the December quarter for the second quarter in a row, with a total booking value of Rs.5,720 crore and 4.34 million sq ft of space sold.
The consolidated net profit of the developer grew 6% year over year to Rs.62 crore in the December quarter. The Total income increased to 43% which is Rs 524 crore for the period.
